This one was off camera, but I need to share! I am sure all of you know what a crêpe is - but have you heard of the the galette? It's the crepe's cousin, usually made from buckwheat and eaten with savory toppings, such as cheese and ham. Ironically, I had a sweet one :D Topped with a scoop of buckwheat icecream, a drizzle of buckwheat honey and a sprinkle of puffed buckwheat. Beautiful nutty-toasty aromas!!
