I think the mod referenced here may fix a different bug, since it not only occurs while sprinting or left hand switching, but also when swapping right hand weapons and while running normally. (e.g., via hotkeys or Soulsy HUD) Running Skyrim without "Weapon Sprint Animation Fix" caused the bug to reappear, although I have the skeleton fix disabled in the INI. Would the fix be controlled by this feature? In case it is indeed a different bug, I wonder if it is possible to patch it in a similar way to the sprint issue. There is a behavior patch fixing it, eliminating the OAR hack (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/125415), but it unfortunately breaks Distar's Movement - MCO. Having an SKSE-based fix would be a great solution for setups with tons of different movesets. However, I don't want to pressure you into adding this as a feature, feel free to ignore this if it is too complex to implement :)
