Pandora+ XPMSE Consistency Patch
Added 2023-10-30 23:02:43 +0000 UTCFixes some blending errors that would make blocking with XPMSE jank out. Also includes the FNIS.esp because it doesn't make sense to generate an empty esp every time with the engine.
