Yay it's here!
You need to rerun Nemesis for this update to fully work. As usual, keep a backup save if updating mid playthrough.
Additions:
- Custom smoke bomb models and textures by Willow from Skyrim Guild (be sure to thank her!)
- Minor smoke bomb edits: added shatter sound fx.
- Polished throw animation. Now it looks less like the thrower is doing an arm wave and more like an actual throw animation.
- New type of Dwarven Smoke Bomb! (Lasts twice as long compared to normal ones). Requires the Dwarven Smithing perk to craft (or you can get it as a drop from Dwemer Spheres).
- Item distribution: Masks and smoke bombs are distributed to certain NPCs and vendors. Obviously they won't be sold at your average general store; you'll have to look in a few... questionable places.
- Full NPC support for smoke bombs! Specific NPCs (thieves, assassins, scoundrels, etc) now use smoke bombs effectively to flee from combat when their health is low.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed followers receiving the horn for no reason at all.
- Fixed guards constantly blowing the horn as a result of being blinded by smoke again and again.
- Fixed invisible crafting previews and world models for certain mask variants
Coming Next:
Next is the big detection update (!), then a final polish update that adds finishing touches like tool display and animated smoke bomb meshes. Maybe I'll get tempted to add some more features (although I'm trying not to have too much overlap with Sneak Tools)
