SCAR Animation Patcher for SCAR v0.85+

Requires .Net 5.0+ and HCT 2010 x64
1. Select folder where hkanno64 is installed.
2. Select folder for a single moveset.
3. Click Run Patcher, wait. When it returns complete, continue patching more movesets or exit.
Detects and overwrites old/previous SCAR annotations automatically, so you can use this on movesets that have already been patched for an older version of SCAR.
Creates the required dummy file for SCAR in each moveset folder.
By default, power attack chance is set to 30%, and min-max angles are -60 and 60 respectably. For more customization, tweak it manually.

2022-07-08 20:09:51 +0000 UTCHi! With this new patcher I can't patch any moveset instead I just get "input string was not in correct format error" however the old version works fine so idk what to do now cause I tried to reinstall everything with no effect. Do you have any solution for this?
