So I've been working a bit behind the scenes on getting production timelines sorted out.
Currently I've only been printing w/ Offset for ALL my stickers. While their quality is top notch, they've overshot my deadlines like 3 times now causing me to push a lot of drops and not being able to push out as much content as I would like to. In order to get my stickers in, I would always submit my art files like 1 month in advance so they would be finished on time. It's honestly been a big source of stress to me, so I've decided to branch out my printing to different shops.
I'm not cutting all ties with Offset. They will still handle all of my specialty finish/difficult stickers.
But going forward, all my gloss stickers will be printed by Funkygarage. Calvin has been kind enough to open his printing services to me and a small group of vendors such as Jestami, NineColor, and Whitelie. I've printed a smaller drop with him before and the quality is good! The restocks coming in this month will be printed w/ Funky. Best part is, turnaround time is less than 2 weeks (and they're really close by) so I can definitely make more content and plan a bit less and still get more stuff done!
That being said, I will also be doing some test printing via Ultraprints. They currently print for Minteaparty. The quality is actually very nice. They will be handling new waves of spot holo stickers. I'll be pushing some older designs to be spot holo as well as testing new designs. Their current turnaround time is 5 days, which is honestly insane.
Hopefully this means more designs and more things in stock for drops. While it feels nice to see things sell out, it really stresses me out to get dms about restocks everyday lol.
