The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition - FOV changer

On the WSGF Discord, there was a very specific request asking for a fix for Skyrim Special Edition. The person wanted to be able to adjust the FOV of the main view and the weapon as seen in the original Skyrim script of Flawless Widescreen.

As usual, I first suggested trying the existing solutions, but the user said that none of them persist after dying or the restarting the game. The person also didn't want to use the Nexus solutions which were said to be in conflict with their mods.

So I installed Skyrim SE for the first time in my life and looked for ways to fulfill the request. Thankfully, finding the FOV code wasn't hard, so most of the work was on writing the FWS script. It's not meant to be an ultrawide fix, but I also successfully tested it after forcing my ultrawide resolution via the config - as you can see in the screenshots!

I let HaYDeN know that the script can be included in the official repo, so I may update this post if I have any news. For now you can just download the attachment and unpack the archive to the folder of Flawless Widescreen.

Update: HaYDeN said that he is working on his own script, so I decided not to hope and wait but let the public use what I already have. Downloadable here.
