Next Exclusive Reading - The Bug in The Basement!
Added 2018-12-01 03:55:38 +0000 UTCAfter much personal deliberation and thought, I have decided that the next Patreon Exclusive Reading will be The Bug in The Basement, a story I am writing myself. There are, as of the writing of this post, 25 chapters already written in it. As such, I have a solid 25 week buffer of content already, and as I write in this story pretty frequently, I am not worried about getting caught up anytime in the foreseeable future.
Here is the story description:
Shortly after a changeling drone leaves her egg in the human world in a last-ditch effort to save it, a young man named Eventide Oath finds himself struggling to decide what to do with a newborn changeling nymph. He has no idea what it is, where it came from, or anything else about it. But with a little help from a good friend, he commits himself to take care of the little guy. Who knows? Maybe the small, bug-like equine will be just what he needs to make his life a little bit brighter.
The same basic process that I applied with Soaring on Little Wings will apply here, too. Namely, one chapter a week, and if you are a patron, regardless of your pledge level, you will be able to listen to new chapters in this reading as soon as they are ready. Once the reading is complete, I will upload the entire story to YouTube, one chapter every day until they are all up. Furthermore, once I am done writing it, I plan on increasing the number of Chapters I record each week to cut down on how long this reading will take.
Tomorrow is Saturday, and as such, the prologue will be recorded tomorrow. Hell, if I'm feeling particularly adventurous, I might just record the first chapter as well. We shall see.
