Hey everyone!
I hope you're all doing well and enjoyed UFC 286, just wanted to give another relatively quick update on the status of the video.

So the video is split into 3rds, and I just finished the second 3rd tonight, clocking in at 36 minutes total. So yeah, that short ass video I was planning on making will probably run about an hour by the time I get done with it. The final segment is upon us anyway, which means its time to start actually talking about Power Slap in my Power Slap video. After 36 minutes. I know people are gonna give me shit for that but hey if they could wait 60 minutes for Jake Paul to arrive in my Jake Paul Video, this is actually a massive improvement.
At this point, I'd imagine there's maybe another 1-2 weeks of work to go. The good/bad news is I'm getting fucked around so much in my 9-5 job, that I had to start looking for a new job. I actually interviewed for a place on Thursday morning, got offered the Job by Thursday afternoon, all of which means as soon as I hand in my 4 weeks notice, I can basically spend 4 weeks doing next to no actual work, and instead, working on getting this video done.
I'm really happy with what I've got so far, I think it's kinda more down to earth than other videos, I mean that as in so far, there's no "real Irishman" kinda moments. But hey give it time.

Biscuit is fully recovered now. So much so he killed a blackbird yesterday, and vomited up a half digested mouse in the kitchen this evening. The fucking joys of pet ownership.

Man, 286 was one of those rare cards where literally everyone I wanted to win, actually won.
Rosas Jr. was a hype train I was happy to see derailed. The kid was talking about being a 3 division champ and saying he was running though the division after one win over a tomato can. Rosas is a decent grappler but that's about it. Garbage-tier striking and gassed after a round. His corner should've tried to deflate his ego a little because it was obvious to anyone with eyes in their head he was overlooking his opponent, and that no matter how good an 18 year old with only 1 fight in the UFC is, once he fights a grown man with veteran status, he's going to lose.
Was glad to see Kevin Holland get a win back after he was absolutely flattened by Khamzat. He's a fun fighter and a brash personality without being a detestable prick like Conor.
Rob font's KO was absolutely fucking ludicrous.
I'm not sorry to see the back of Masvidal. He had his moments, but he was never going to challenge for a belt other than the toy belt the Rock gave him. He coasted off that Askren knee for a long time, but he got more and more obnoxious with every loss, sucker punching Colby, as much as I hate Colby, was a dick move. He landed nothing of any significance in 25 minutes in the octagon, so has to sneak up behind him on the street to get any kind of a W. The Usman knockout 100% snatched his birthday and he was a shell of a fighter after that. He looked like absolute shit on Saturday night and should have been nowhere near a co-main event. Burns seems like one of the nicest guys on the entire roster, so I'm happy for him. Shame he wont get a title shot over Colby tho.

So judging by the legally binding poll results, 79% of people are probably really fucking surprised right about now ๐
I was hoping Izzy would win, but solely based on stats I kinda assumed Alex would do it again. Izzy winning is, to me, the much more desirable outcome because if these guys fight again, were basically into fucking real life Anime territory. Alex wins and its a shut out, no competition. This guy is just better, end of. But Izzy winning is basically a redemption story of him overcoming his personal boogeyman, in stunning fashion, and becoming one of the incredibly rare fighters to recapture a title in an immediate title shot. It just sets up a hell of a story for a 3rd fight, if it ever happens. It was an incredible KO and early contender for KO of the year, easily. And Izzy busting out the Frozen like Elsa line in the post fight presser, damn, he even redeemed his cringiest quote of all time.

I hit 80K subscribers on Thursday night. It's been an insane ride so far. I never thought I'd get more than 1000, truth be told. I managed to scrape together the first 2-300 subscribers solely thanks to shitty videogame meme videos, and it sat at that number for the majority of a decade ๐ So to be sitting at 80K is absolutely wild.
I'm also working on a project at the moment that, if it were to succeed, it's legitimately huge. Like, life changing huge. I know I joked about doing VO work for Fight Circus as huge but this is without hyperbole, legitimately massive. But its also an extreme long shot that I can't go into real detail about right now, and in all likelihood, will come to nothing. It's a pipe dream, but rest assured, when it does fall apart, I'll be free to discuss it then, and I'll fill you all in. Cause its been a real weird ride so far and I've been fucking itching to talk about it but cant!!
That's all for now, hopefully the next update will be the last one before the video goes live!!
Thanks again for all your support. Just Bleed, and take care
