Fantastic video. I wonder how humidity impacts the aging of foods sealed in plastic other than it is helping balance the air temperature. It doesn't seem that it could have much impact on the food moisture content.

That’s a good idea — the next one is breaks down the brands although I’ve already filmed another wagyu episode for March.

You should make a wagyu video from the scientific view. Maybe interviewing a researcher or something like that explaining why wagyu is so special compared to regular beef.
