I hope your January is going well! It's been a bit of a rough month for me, with ups and downs, but I've been so thankful to get in some extra time with my kids during this "break". And, aside from some much-needed moments of rest, I'm working hard on getting myself back on track with my health and wellness. Just need to get some momentum going, I think.

I wanted to take a month off of creating new content so I could catch up on other things—mostly to get some extra time with my kids, but there's just a ton of other work stuff that I was struggling to manage because filming and editing takes up so much time and energy. Truly taking a full month completely off just isn't practical at this point in my life. Some day!❤️
