I live in the Philippines currently and this really does exist though but it does go both ways. The guy might be a prick but he's not entirely wrong. My social circle is more affluent than most here but even amongst the women I'm friends with, some of them prefer just dating white guys or foreigners from Japan, South Korea, China etc. There's even a term called "AFAM" here which is A Foreigner Assigned in Manila" that a lot of women go for. And yes, Joe is right. A lot of the foreigners I meet here are kind of degenerates. Not all of course but I'm in the Expat group and a lot of them do come here for the "sex tourism" and nightlife if they're single. Whether they're in poverty or affluent, these girls do look for "Rich" guys so that they can live a better life. And this is just based on my own opinion but a lot of Filipino guys are lazy here, that or they can't take care of their own selves. They just go out to drink, smoke, have fun but can't take care of their families or make a living. My friends who are rich don't even know how to do basic chores like cooking a simple meal or clean their rooms because they've had maids/helpers all their lives. A lot of girls here see this and don't want someone like that. It's super different than what I've experienced growing up in the US/Japan.

Clown or not, it's the world we're living in now. Filipino or Asian women (not all) are looking for a better life, he has a higher chance over in Asia whereas in the West, all it takes for a woman to divorce your ass, is just by you not taking her on trips or eating out, in other words being boring... Pretty much unnecessary demands, and then they will take half your shxt and move on to the next guy ready to entertain and provide their wants if he can keep up. Of course there are some that appreciate whatever you can afford and just want to be with you. But that number is going down every year. I just think things like that should not be recorded for the world to see, that's where they fxcked up. But it is true, he should try Asia.

What a clown, women are not here to serve men, I mean I wouldn't mind the occasional beer and sandwich, and maybe the house kept clean and orderly...otherwise down with the Patriarchy LOL...in all seriousness though, women think because they're ambitious, men should be flocking to them...so they walk around with a sense of entitlement to the cream of the crop, what they fail to realize is that those men aren't looking for a combative partner, or career woman.
