I would just like to chime in here im almost 40 and have been studying sleep for a long time now especially lucid dreaming. I've since been able to lucid dream on command which is fun dont get me wrong but now im having trouble getting deep REM sleep due to this. Lucid dreaming requires imo waking up from rem sleep but not waking up completey which puts you in sort of a "lucid state" which imo doesint do any good for your actual health aka rejuvenation which sleep is suppose to do. While this might seem fun to do i caution anyone dont fuck with your sleep its there for a REASON! If anything manisfest your own current reality. I mean to give you one quick short example it wasint hard, every one wanted to go viral now the whole world has gone viral. ROFL lolololol. xox much love JK fan for ever!

Definitely going to do what Tim said about lucid dreaming. Some times I know I’m dreaming, like when something bad is chasing me and I’m like “I’m dreaming, WAKE UP” then I’m awake. So next time I’ll try to relax and control it this time lol
