When you mentioned you focus more on the visuals of the MV rather than the song I can see what they meant, but it's not bad! I think kpop is unique because of the importance MVs are to the release of songs, so it's totally fair to value the MV as much as the standalone songs. Both important to the experience of kpop. And I like considering the editing and set production as well, it's fun to see what you have to say about it! You can count on dreamcatcher to bring the dramatic touch to their videos.
