About Elana's looks on second chapter

Knot Games: I'm sorry. I have to admit I'm back to coffee and a little more active but this last question it's quite important to us and being so close to chapter it's now or never.
Due to some comments, messages and our own overthinking, an idea has come to our table. What if Elana could change but at the same time keep her actual look? What if instead of permanently change she could transform like a sexual super sayan when she needs or wants? Maybe some actions could only be done transformed or some could be an improve from the same action (like blowjob lvl1 is the actual with Elana performing the foreplay, but blowjob lvl 2 is the one performed with Elana transformed) and also will be more content for future skills with the looks Elana have now beside the ones from Elana transformed. It could open options too, maybe if you go to confront an event with Elana from chapter 1 the result is different than if you go with Elana from chapter 2... And many more things... Also we, as many others, have grown fond with this cute little rascal...
So here is the question:
Do you prefer Elana permanently transformed on chapter two or otherwise Elana keeping her original look and giving her the ability to change when she wants?
If your answer it's not very clear here we'll move this question to the polls on the forums and $5+ patrons will have the last word.

2016-07-22 08:18:42 +0000 UTCIncorporate evolution right into the game mechanics. Give Elana an overall improvement for evolving, but some specific penalties and bonuses for it each time. This may force situations where you might want to revert her to get certain quests done easier or possibly grant her circumstantial advantages/disadvantages. A good example is as she evolves, she becomes more intimidating as well as powerful. This could make interactions more difficult, but grants a vast improvement for magic and combat as one example.

There must be always an option. I will not tell u how to do it, but dont force ppl to like something they dont. My Opininon: I like to see Elana in new form, but iam for that will be temporary. As u mentioned the Saiyans, can be in their form only temporary (maybe Goku can be in Saiyan form lvl 2 for very long time. but still temporary). When Elana fought enough battles, she can transfrom into the more powerful form and complete some quest that can only be found when u are in that transform. Possibilty of transform open many ways of story and even (what most players wants) animation and sex progress:) iam still very happy about Elanas progress. Good work guys. Keep it up.)

For the purpose of resembling this overly sexual creature with impossible body proportions, it's great. But for seeing her as a regular person we can identify with, trying to accomplish this mission thrown upon her? Not so much. Here's what I RESPECT about Elana: it's her CHARACTER and VIBE that make her especially sexy, not her appearance. We see this all the time in both Japanese and Western media. When they wish to clearly mark someone as the sexy character, they rely on enlarging her boobs and using revealing clothing. Then her character is perverted all the time, as if she has no other real emotions. She's like an object that while nice to look at, isn't all that memorable. Why? Because at least a dozen other artists are doing literally the exact same thing. Elana doesn't have to rely on any of those things. She's not the tallest girl, nor has the biggest breasts. And yet, she is one of THE most sexiest characters I've seen. She's a real person with a variety of emotions, fears, and goals. To her, sexuality is fun, empowering, and people sense this in her personality; it's what makes her so appealing and memorable. I can get erotic art anywhere. But erotic art, AND 3-dimensional characters? That's more of a rarity, for the simple fact that most people never try. Elana's second form looks like it serves a purpose similar to the overly large penises and breasts we sometimes see: it's meant to be both exaggerated eye candy, and funny. But if we had that ALL the time, for EVERY character, then it would honestly get cliche and predictable. Plus, the game is planning some darker elements to appear once in a while for the plot, making it both more serious, and realistic. That's a goal/standard you seldom see erotic games make, which is all the more reason why I respect this game. As I mentioned earlier, it's difficult to see Elana as someone relatable and realistic, if she's constantly in an exaggerated, overly sexual form. That's what her second form is, and it's great. When used at the appropriate times, it will work amazingly. But when used all the time, it will feel like it's too much. If I had to guess, there are two main motives behind this new form: to increase her sex appeal, and signify her growth of power. The first one can be done sparingly, when she feels she has to step up her lustful energy. As a result, it also meets the demands of the second motive. But to clarify further on her sex appeal, as I stated before, it's her PERSONALITY that sets Elana above and beyond what some characters can't achieve: true, magnetic sex appeal. Large boobs alone can't do that, because we see it all the time for free. So what's left to set them apart? CHARACTER. Now, I feel it's unnecessary for players to simply switch between this form whenever they please, as it removes potential value for the game's story. If we treat it as a special form accessed during certain circumstances, it gives it more value both gameplay and story-wise. But if it's reduced purely to switching between forms on a whim, it becomes entirely cosmetic instead. The second form should definitely stay. To increase its value for both the gameplay and story, then yes, treating it like a super saiyan form is a decent example, lol. When special challenges call it for it, Goku switches into his super saiyan form, but then remains in his regular form 90% of the time. The same can apply to Elana: she access this form when she really needs to, but remains in her natural form the rest of the time. Now, what if people would still like SOME type of form they could switch between, similar to the proposed second form? To do that, a new patreon goal would have to be set. Since I've worked on creative projects personally, I know how some ideas can take more time and money than others, and I'm always considering factors like that when discussing ideas in the forum. Let's say we have a different form (not the second one we've seen, just a different one) that Elana can switch between when the player wants. Well, that simply means twice the amount of drawing, and twice the amount of coding. With the game's coding script, it has to always consider if the player is in one form or the other; the writing and testing of that alone is not a quick process. Then, for every image with Elana in one form, the time needs to spent to draw her in the alternative form, hence, twice the amount of drawing. So while this proposal IS possible, it's not quick. The creators need to be able to afford that extra time, so we'd have to work towards a new goal for them to make that a possibility. But I stress again, that was for a DIFFERENT form, NOT the second form. As previously stated, the second form ideally should be treated like a special boost of lustful power Elana access for certain challenges, while remaining in her natural form the majority of the time. This improves the second form's value both gameplay and story-wise, rather than making it purely a cosmetic feature. And then to reiterate my other point, it's Elana's PERSONALITY and CHARACTER that have made her truly sexy and memorable, which is something most big-breasted heroines can't claim ;) I respect the creators for this game, because they're pushing boundaries, expanding this game well beyond what they initially expected it to be. Improve what already works: Elana's character to make her magnetically sexy. Sure, modify her body every once in a while, but it's her personality that keeps up invested and coming back for more :)

It'd put more effect into the fact that she can pretend to be a normal person and act normal to trick other people. I think the change to the purple skin would be more of a sexual power overload or something bizarre like that, such as when she's having sex with someone with a lot of impact or importance. That's just my two bits, though.

Won't have to redo combat or spells and such. It could also mean that her power fluctuates and she can't always depend on being a massive badass.
