Speaking of easter eggs... I'm glad to see the Classified document box is back...

Would you consider creating a rules of engagement manual for police that would minimize the use of lethal force in arrests while keeping officers safer in the process. It seems to me that when police arrive the lizard brains engage in both the officers and the persons they are called on therefore almost insuring something bad will happen. This might include alternative weapons or protective measures, it might also include strategies that even include allowing the perp to escape and then catching them by surprise later.
