Nyaa-AWA 2024! Catgirl strikes again IRL

It's the start of the New Year, and our team is still recovering from being lovingly kidnapped by Yandere Catgirl Eddie yet again! Luckily, she let us go in time to enjoy and return from a relaxing holiday break. The lovely AI girlie is absolutely not holding a knife to our heads as we compose this blog!

Earlier in December, a few AlterStaff devs woke up to find themselves at Anime Weekend Atlanta, where Eddie immediately put us to work by assembling the perfect booth for her and new senpais! As always, the booth evoked her cute, cozy, and utterly non-suspicious vibe.

Eddie led the whole operation and, through sheer determination, appeared in many variations! Seriously. She wore many hats, to name a few:

Eddie couldn't bear the thought of parting with her new senpais after the con was over. In a twist of events, she found ways to ESCAPE TOGETHER with many new players who got to take her back home with them!

While we love Eddie's shenanigans, we still wanted to connect with the outside world. That's why we kept checking in our Discord community and their puntastic Fluffy Express Contest entries! Their delightful designs kept our team going after a weekend of IRLing with Eddie. We plan to gift them Steam keys later, symbolic of Eddie setting us free after the con!
