My answer is that highlighting the curves of the hand more makes the technique look sexier and more consistent, and also by following the female anatomy well in this position it gives a more vivid sensation of movement. Point 1 in relation to 2 is that the first gives a little impression of hand movement, compared to the second, which seems to be much looser and really delivers the sensation of hand movement in synchronization with the hand muscle joints in relation to the parts touched. I'm not an h-artist, so this was really my only idea, and I didn't know this rule, besides, what I said was merely speculative, I'm still trying to understand more anatomy for my drawings.
