Added 2023-07-13 22:37:17 +0000 UTCI apologize to each of you for being absent lately. June is a crazy month for me IRL and keeps me pretty occupied. To make things worse in the end of June I had to go to the hospital due to some health concerns, and then here in the last couple weeks my internet completely crapped out on me. I'm doing well though now and the internet is getting fixed Tuesday and I will be back at it with a vengeance.... Until then here is another showcase.
Welcome to Taheton, IA - A fictional small rural farming community. Nestled in the rolling hills of central Iowa, Taheton sits above a beautiful small river valley. With all the amenities you'd expect from a small town like an old Dairy Queen, Bowling Alley and church. Taheton is best known for its numerous sales points including Growmark and other mills, warehouses and auction services. For recreation citizens enjoy the nearby Taheton reservoir state park, golf course and oval dirt race track.

Wow! You really do know how to make a map feel real. With the attention to detail,it makes this more than just a simulation for me but can virtually take me back in time to growing up on our family dairy farm. I'm 55 years old but feel like a kid when I play.
