In Canada we share a lot of idioms with the US but something you might hear in a certain coffee establishment called Tim Hortons is “I’ll have a double-double” This is a coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. If you ask for a “Regular coffee” You’ll get a coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar.
