Also interesting fact, 10 years after Elizabeth Sladen's death the whole main cast from all 5 seasons (including the girl who played sky) arranged a one of convention in Elizabeth's honor.

2024-10-29 18:19:12 +0000 UTCAs already stated the last episode would have revealed that sky is actually part of the trickster, however even though that episode wasn't made during lockdown there were various "who in lockdown" projects, one of which was a written online story by RTD called "the funeral of Sarah Jane Smith" in which he incorporated the original idea for the last episode.

2024-10-29 11:24:49 +0000 UTCMeet Mr Smith, where Mr Smith gets a human body The Thirteenth Floor, where Clyde and Rani get trapped in another dimension/time thing and become adults, and end up in a relationship living a whole life together Battle for Bannerman Road, where sky was going to turn out to be the trickster or of him, the doctor would have came back as well as Jo grant, Luke, K9, maybe even maria from series 1 & 2 and maybe another classic companion Two cancelled specials, one with the fourth doctor and one with ace, a classic companion And there was some vague plans for series 6, with Clyde and Rani not being in it much, leaving school but either going out or becoming a couple

2024-10-29 11:05:59 +0000 UTCWhilst making series 5, no one knew how much time Elizabeth Sladen had actually im it sure if anyone actually knew she had cancer. 6 serials were planned and scripts were written but they sadly never got filmed. So when she did pass, they made the last filmed serial as the last ever and added on a pre recorded monologue to close the series as a whole There were no plans to end the show at the time, they’d continued for as long as they could and sadly that was shorter than expected. The following year, Russell T Davies adapted the unused stories into his new show Wizards Vs Aliens which took over the programming block which Sarah Jane adventures had.
