I built this home in Granite Falls (the vacation world that came with Outdoor Retreat). It's not designed to be a full-time residential world but I was able to make it one with Zerbu's World Change Mod (click the link, then select the Granite Falls option). As stated in his post, in order for this mod to work you'll also need to download his Venue Change mod. I have them both in game; they work, are updated and generate no Last Exception errors. If you don't own Outdoor Retreat or don't care to place the house in that world, there are two base game 50x50 lots in Willow Creek; I've tested on both -- the home places correctly on either lot though on the upper lot, it'll place with the front of the home facing the left side as opposed to facing the road. You won't be able to turn it either, since I've used terrain tools to build it. Not a big deal but you have choices! :)

Partially furnished basement: finished bathroom but unfurnished attached living space. Get creative here! You can add a home beauty salon, a playroom for kids, a game room, a recording studio, a home office or an added bedroom.
