The Black Ship Tales: Mr Worlo

These short stories will explore the lives of smaller characters within the main narrative, offering new perspectives on past events and delving into the backgrounds of characters we’ve only glimpsed so far.
We hope you enjoy this short story, which follows a ten-year-old Wyatt as he finds solace in painting with Mr. Worlo, just a few months after his horrific experience on that nightmare school trip (when he encountered the Drazzan).

2025-01-16 01:54:01 +0000 UTCThis is awesome! On an unrelated note I think valantis is in danger from the drazzan. The travel path Cynthia found showed gimor territory and supply issues assumed to be succession conflict related could very well be caused by them.

Maybe something more about why there aren't any records about him in 3rd fleet or maybe there are? Will that be something that turns up later? Theorycrafting galore on what is in those records!

Small stories about Wyatt's family members would be fun, with a good faint now and then :). Stories about the Jincho's escape, or individual stories for the other Composters.

Galt Tyrone fascinates me, I'd love to.hear his backstory and the reason for that weird little moment when his response towards Wyatt confused the 'heterochromatic eyed man', after his massive triumph over Maximillian and the Drazzen? I'd also love to know why Redford Kallen didn't follow his destiny to become a Platinum Ace or even an Admiral as Maximillian Userek would have expected given the man's serious talent and that he STILL thinks of himself as being a fighter pilot. And Veronica Draymore - what was the mistake she made in her past that Gabriel Draymore taunted her over and why does she have a clearly unhealthy fixation on her father Duke Cornelius Draymore? Finally, When Julia Winfield is described as the Prince's friend and 'companion' did that mean they are romantically involved? There are loads of other avenues for enquiry that could be explored but that's enough to be going on with. The world Ekhidna has created is so rich that it could just expand and expand and I'll listen to every second of it, numerous times. AndThank you for this wonderful story, the main one and the potential.side branches.☺️☺️☺️
