After checking with Ekhinda, we're hoping to get to a point where we have one episode, in hand, to counter any issues Ekhinda may have in the future. It may also mean longer parts, but we'll need to see how that works out as we go.
I think everyone will appriciate knowing that Tuesday is a Black Ship day!

It would cool to task Salazar Reid with documenting all he could learn about the pirates, their society and development. Princess Clara could use that understanding to help draw in and recruit pirates of value. And don’t forget, the princess could issue ‘letters of marque’ to pirate captains to make war on her enemies.

I've made...Ship Mother proud. Have I...earned my place?) and the redemption arc of, now Sergent, Salazar Reid. These two are now linked. Ungal working to belong and finding a home and Salazar now on a his path, looking for his place to belong without the chains of his past.

2025-01-15 02:28:45 +0000 UTCHer injured pride forced her to attack the princess knowing there likelyhood of success was slim when technically she had succeeded in her mission already instead she lost a total of 6 ships one being a destroyer class ship like the noirnavio not as powerful but still a very valuable ship costing the lives of thousands of people many nobles among them lossing the lone wolf her charge Casimere was bad maimed because of an surrender demand she penned and forced him to repeat against his will. Now knowing she is directly responsible for all this because of her wounded pride? Would you want to see the duke in complete failure? Especially since she is not the head of her house she is heir apparent meaning this loss will likely ruin any chance of her retaining any power. Simply because she not only failed to complete her goals but she was also captured humiliated and forced to deliver a message to the duke or risk Clara following up on her threat to eliminate house cintar and all its banner houses. So yeah odds are she’s executed or worse just exhiled or forced to marry old man Caston or something to restore her honor basically becoming a house wife instead of a power house

I think more the upgraded raptor because of what Redford mentioned about becoming the target. The upgrades won’t be visible to the naked eye though imo.

With that said it would be nice if Clara could look at the child and say I'm the ship mother and you've made me happy. I truly don't know if that would work in the story or not just a suggestion. I would also like to say I get that it's work for you to get a chapter out each week with whatever obligations you have and apparently this isn't your only means of support or thing that you do and I can really appreciate that as I've worked multiple jobs all my life. I do wish we could get a few more minutes though as it's very hard least wise for me to constantly fidget with my phone and checking patreon such a life huh keep up the good work.
