Should I Add Ad-Free Audio Versions of My Longform Stories to Patreon?

Hi everyone!

First off, Happy new Year!! I hope you have a great time over the holidays and spent some quality time with family and friends.

I’ve had a few requests to make the longer stories, like the complete books or multi-part volumes, available in audio-only format, ad-free. I wanted to get your thoughts on this idea.

Here’s how it could work:

Option 1: These ad-free, longform audio versions would be included in the 'Access to Everything' tier (currently $6.50), so many of you wouldn’t need to do anything extra.
Option 2: I could also create a separate Audio-Only Tier for $4.50/month, specifically for the long-format, ad-free audio stories.

Regarding The Black Ship: Starting with the next episode, audio-only chapters/parts will be added to the current tier, so anyone supporting the author at that level will already have access without any changes.

I hope that makes sense! I’d love to hear what you think, whether this is something you’d enjoy, and if there’s anything I haven’t considered.
