I own a base c5, cut the mufflers off tom style, and i love it, 6 speed and all its a blast.

2024-04-12 04:39:40 +0000 UTCYeah I get what you're saying. The LS6 in those C5 can't even begin to deliver the grunt the LS7 can in a C6Z. And yes, I'm fully aware of the dreaded "head issue" in those 427's but it's pretty easily corrected. Few GM engines feels or sounds like a good LS7.
