The wording on the Bloodsheen ability could use a little tightening up. It's not clear if it's a one-off save, when the save occurs, etc. Also, not clear what the type of damage is -- should likely either be necrotic damage, or reworded to losing hit points (typeless damage doesn't exist). Recommend a wording change based on Spirit Guardians, maybe: "Bloodsheen. When a living creature comes within 30 feet of the bloodwight for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature sweats blood (covering their skin in a sheen of blood) and loses 1d4 hit points, plus 1 additional point for each other bloodwight within 30 feet. A creature only makes a saving throw against bloodsheen once per round, regardless of how many bloodwights are present."
