Seriously...Not only are you (most likely) still healthy (statistically speaking), but you've developed skills (cough Frank cough), you (again statistically speaking) generally have your affairs in order (if you were even remotely diligent you have money and/or experience, etc.), have had many experiences, etc., but are still considered a young adult ("older young adult" goes all the way 35 in most demographic models).
For another example, I like comedy very much, and most comedians take a decade or two to even get decent (if they even have it in them), and they start usually around 20 (maybe a little earlier), bombing like crazy while they try to scramble to come up with a mere single hour act (no small feat, though, that's for sure). Your 30s (and beyond, too) is part of the prime time of your life. It's before "middle age" (and very often that doesn't exclude your childhood) and that term implies you have half your life left. My grandma turned 90 not long ago and she's still rocking it.
