I haven't seen this film yet, however your comment regarding her getting out of the car and running reminded me of the myth busters episode "hit the ground running"... She has the forward momentum of the car on her side, however she would have still had to catch up with the car. So the car would have left her behind briefly and then she could have caught up with it and passed it running.

2021-04-12 15:44:31 +0000 UTCThose "flying sideways" dudes would've been beheaded, not thrown away at a weird set of angles. I bounced off of this movie so hard. Do the leads have charisma to burn? Sure. Did Pedro Pascal sell the heck out of every line read? Darn tootin'. Were bits of it fun to watch? Absolutely. But at the end I was just... "What? Wait, WHAT?" and that's on top of the whole "what is WRONG WITH YOU" thing of being okay with the body-snatcher bit, wow oh wow that's so skeevy I don't want to watch that again AT ALL. Ugh.
