A turning point

Okay guys, here we are.

Some of you have probably noticed, tumblr is up to some shenanigans with how they are handling adult content.  Which is going to disrupt how I've distributed the comics that have been the main focus of this patreon.

There's also the very obvious ongoing problem of me not producing said comics with sufficient frequency to even merit keeping this thing running.

So this presents some difficulties and possibilities.

The difficulty being that if we want to keep this thing running as it is, it will require some serious work, me finding the time and ability to produce more content, find a place to host it, and try to get this up and running again.

The down side there is it's even more work for a concept that was never very profitable to begin with.  It was only ever intended as a fun side project to help promote the actually profitable fiction writing.

The possibilities are in what we could choose to rework this into.  If the interest is there.

First I'll make sure to state, before I do anything I'll finish the last outstanding work that needs to be done on set 37.  No one's going to end up not getting what they pledged money to support.

But after that's done... What then?

Do I leave everything as is and hope for the best?  Sending out finished work in batches directly, but unable to do the public releases as I have been doing?  Without much ability to promote it?  I'll be honest, this is a lot of work and little reward for me, so I'm not very interested in doing it.

Do I close down the patreon entirely and focus on other projects?  Perhaps starting a new one more focused on writing?

Or should I change this one over to a different model?  This seems like the best option, but there's no point if you guys aren't into it.

I'm very grateful to all the support I've gotten from you all.  Some of you have been here now for 3 and a half years! O_o  And I hope to find some way to thank you for that.
