* Improved Plex Handling
* Faster Plex Matching
* Added Fallback for Plex Matching (increases the chance of a successful Plex refresh for items)
* Show Plex Refresh Queue in Settings
* Fixed a Bug Where the Plex Features Could Block the Scan Queue
* Fixed the Plex "Time of Day" Delay Setting
* Added Note About Browser Extensions (they can interfere with testing the Plex connection in the browser)
