December Update - Radarr / Sonarr Webhooks and Plex Connection

* Radarr Webhook (when used, Radarr will tell RPDB Folders when to scan new folders, instead of using File System events or Polling)
* Sonarr Webhook (when used, Sonarr will tell RPDB Folders when to scan new folders, instead of using File System events or Polling)
* Plex Connection (if Plex is connected it will use Plex's folder name matching and also refresh metadata automatically after posters / backgrounds are downloaded)
* Setting to Choose When to Show Country Badge (if it should show if the subtitle is found, or if the audio track is found, or any of the two)
* Added IMAX Badge (can only be used in manual mode)
* Improved Folder Search Feature (some special characters didn't work to be searched before)
* Improved UI Responsiveness (works better on phones)
* Improved Folder Name Matching
