RPDB Folders app update:
* Added Setting to Disable Scan on App Start
* New Scan Method: "Polling" and "Polling Interval" added to "Scan Settings" (this is especially useful for those that have media folders over a network, where the traditional "FS Events" scan would not detect new folders automatically)
* New Badge Options (for Tier 3+ only): 4K (Upscaled), 480p, 360p, 240p, HDR (colorful badge alternative), Dolby Vision, Remux (gold badge alternative), BluRay, DVD, WEB, h264, h265, mkv, mp4, avi, Atmos (3D Sound), Atmos (Surround)
* Optimized Finding Backdrops to Reduce Request Counts for Very Large Libraries
* Allow Setting Badges for Individual Posters
