You can still bank your time (for everyone but the 30 min tier) for upto 3 months. That has not changed.
This month if I don't get the ideas by the 21st, I will assume you want to bank or lose that time this month. I'm sorry to have to be more strict. So please get your ideas to me so I can get you your reward.
