Happy Holidays and Housekeeping
Added 2023-12-27 18:03:30 +0000 UTCHello everyone! I hope we've all had a good Christmas, holiday, time off of work, or jolly December. Last week I announced the next video coming to the channel, and introduced new Patron benefits along with it. Chiefly, there is now Tier 3, early access for new videos, and mini-docs I'll be doing for videos as they develop. Wanted to make this brief post to outline how this will all work and the outlook here for the next few weeks.
First, ArTorr Updates is over. I'll no longer be rolling out a monthly write-up or video letting you know everything I've worked on in the past month. Sadness. Instead, new videos will be revealed in a similar fashion to the Jedi Survivor video announcement last week. Then, progress will be charted through short length mini-documentaries at different intervals of a video's production: one for writing, one for recording, and one for editing. And then of course these will be uploaded as the video is being developed, allowing you all to follow along in the production process. Tier 2 and Tier 3 will be able to watch these, and I do hope you enjoy them, because it's mostly an experiment. If it works and you like it, then I'll keep doing it for every video!
For Tier 3 supporters (hi, thank you!), all the downloadable benefits I listed-- downloadable scripts, videos, etc-- will roll out very soon. I'm probably going to dump it all on a file sharing site like Google Drive or OneDrive.
For all supporters, ad-free versions of all previous ArTorr videos will go up here gradually. I'll probably dump 4-5 at a time each weekend until it's all up. Additionally, in case you missed it, all tiers will now get early access to future ArTorr videos. One day for Tier 1, three days for Tier 2, and five days for Tier 3.
Lastly, in regards to all promised bonus content for the Jurassic Park video, that will all start rolling out next week.
