1. increasing swings and plank hops
2. Decline burpee DB DL 

Pair 3: tabata Pair
1. Roll back SA clean and press
2. Weighted step up lunge back and switch 

Pair 4: HIIT pyramid
1. plank hop KB increasing dL, KB squat jump
2. Staggered pushup Burpee kb power clean

Pair 5: HIIT pyramid
1. ball pike to spider knee tuck 
2. tricep pushup increasing kickback


REPS: 10 reps per move and challenge moves:
Below are the Challenge moves for sets 1-3
1. KB: 3 reset swing to hang clean 
2. BB: combo move 3 power cleans and 3 push press
3. 3 combo decline pushup plank hops
