Progressive load Set - 3x (Remove 2 reps each round: 15,13, 11 / 8,6,4)
1. Sumo DL (15 KB / 8 BB)
2. Swings (15 Sumo / 8 Heavy Resets)
3. Squats (15 Goblet / 8 BB)
Tabata Finisher: 20:10 (4x each move before going to the next)
