October bits will be large barrels ... and maybe more!

I got word that some of you would like large barrels for a dungeon tavern setting. So I made these! :-) I do have quite a list of things to do for the bits but if you have any ideas and wishes always feel free to tell me and add them to the list!

And with Halloween approaching I am working on another project for the spooky dark days. I hope I can finish it all in time but a talk about the ghostly days sparked the idea for this project so I am very excited about it.

I wanted to start this month with more boats (chinese junk and arabian dhow/corsair pirate ships) but will push them to next year so I can do all I have planned now up to the x-mas holidays. I am also looking into air/sky ships but I need more feedback on how they are actually used in gaming. So if you can give me info on that I would appreciate it. I am not sure how these are handled in terms of flying status. Are these ships used on stands indivually? Or rather huge ship settings that are on the table and imagined as being in the air?

With the "whine cellar" pic you can see that I am working on stone textures for many new building types and I am looking forward to these as it's always nice for me to mix things up. Having said that I also look forward to go back to the Asian setting and do more buildings there.

As you can see, the prep phase during summer was very successful for me and I am full of stuff I want to do and hope that the next months will show that I am able to increase the speed of making new sets.

I am seeing a lot of fluctuation with the Patreons the last months. Lots of new ones coming in but also a couple of the old ones leaving. I have anticipated this with the change of how I handle the Patreon and am a bit surprised that it took a while but overall I am very happy with all the newcomers and believe - for a larger audience with wider spread interestes - that this way is much better than the old one. The only big problem I have is that I want to give you the treasure chests for a while now and I hope we can reach the first goal soon. I have so many cool rewards planned for next steps!

That's it for today. Until next time, have fun and keep building!

Chris
