Early Viewing: Heavy Hitter with FULL rifling

Thank you again Patrons for your support.   We want to completely eliminate all advertising and prevent Google from profiting off our work while they spit in our eye.  They've screwed us over long enough.  With 5000 patrons giving just $1 each,  we can do this and actually afford new equipment,  maybe travel a little bit,  and bring you better content.

I've had a lot of audio problems lately and was trying a new Rode mic. I should have built a new machine a couple years ago but I have to make due with what I have.

We had to use that on the .38 blanks to keep them from getting fused in the 12ga adapter for the airsoft bb tests.

What's the tub of anti-seize for?

Well, I'm confused... I have 88 subscribers, and less than 1700 hours of combined video view time on my channel, but I can monetize videos if I want to... Maybe it's because I have a Google AdSense account? Or perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I never allowed YouTube to "upgrade" my account to a Google+ account? Not that it matters, because I disabled all monetization on my videos near the end of 2016, and I set my default monetization setting to "Off" so that I didn't have to worry about turning it off on new videos.

Hi Jeff, I have to agree with Tim and Jon with the audio buzz. I thought it was part of the video voice over stuff. It is not there during initial video or music play back. Must by something in the mic or voice over equipment. Sorry for the bad feedback, BUT I love the videos. Nothing like them anywhere on the internet. BTW - in some but not all videos you mention your loading data. Powder, wads used, etc. Any chance this can always be mentioned? I've gone to some of the web sites you have mentioned and the slug stuff is amazing!

Yeah there is some weird audio buzz, sounds like a grounding problem maybe? or noise reduction gone wrong? just a guess ...

I hear it too. Kind of a really high pitch buzzing sound, but it just seems to be present during the voice-over parts. Definitely way more noticeable when wearing my headphones though.

I got really lucky early on. I had a video go mildly viral by like 2010 standards and they just offered me partnership.

I posted a ton of videos before they even had monetization. It was really hard to get accepted into the program early on. You had to submit a request, then wait up to 6 months for them to review your channel. If you weren't accepted, you'd have to wait 6 months (I think) before you applied again.

I can't hear that and no one else has mentioned that

Hey Jeff, in case you weren't aware I wanted to let you know that there's a high pitched screech in the audio in each of your voice-over sections. I just got a new headset so I don't know if this is a new issue or if it has always been there and I just couldn't hear it till now, haha.Cool vid, glad those slugs performed well in at least one configuration.

Love you guys. Don't worry about YouTube and their stupid crap.

Does YouTube have any idea what it's doing? Anyhow, thanks for sticking in there and still making fun educational videos.

I feel like creators should start a #adblock movement against YouTube. I've been partnered for over 7 years and meet the 4000 hour requirement, but not the 1000 subs. So, bye bye partnership.
