Type of RPG Loot System Preferred

Greetings, one and all!

I'd like to poll your opinions on loot systems, particularly those found in RPG titles. 

Some games feature hand-crafted, unique loot items which have the same stats & effects each time you encounter them. Games like Elex from Piranha Bytes (if memory serves) follow this pattern.

Other games follow a randomly-generated, procedural approach, in which loot items have their stats and/or effects differ each time you encounter them. Games like Diablo III by Blizzard follow this pattern.

And still others follow a mixed approach, in which some loot items have their stats & effects randomized, while a few rare loot items are fixed and unique. Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim by Bethesda Softworks follows this pattern.

So, for you, which style of RPG loot is the most satisfying to find in a game?
