If not buildings, then perhaps cyberpunk/tech greebles we can add to MDF kits...scatter terrain like different types and sizes of crates, containers, city fixtures like data terminals, traffic signals, uplink and communication arrays/dishes/antenae, street signs, shop signs, public transport details like fuel pumps, bus stations, and ticket dispensers, traffic barriers/police barricades, bollards, trash cans/dumpsters, ATM/banking machines, corporate courtyard/landscaping/planters/lobbies, billboards, commercial and security entrances/doors with keypads, etc, etc, etc.
