I enjoyed hearing you talk about how you like that Stranger Things keeps the main issue (Vecna) at the forefront of the storyline, while juggling all of the individual characters and their personal drama & issues around it. I think you'd REALLY love Buffy The Vampire Slayer. It's one of the very first supernatural TV shows that had an overarching villain every season and used smaller supernatural villains every week as a metaphor for the horrors of adolescence. In my opinion, it's very similar to Stranger Things in so many ways. A misfit group of friends fighting demons, while navigating their own personal lives? Yeah, that's pretty much the blueprint for most of the supernatural TV shows that we know and love today. I don't think many people truly understand what kind of impact Buffy had on pop culture today... so many shows are still drawing on it for inspiration today.
