I didn't read the book, so I don't mean it as in "he represents him more accurately to the way he was portrayed in the books". I just found the first actor a bit uncanny-looking (for my taste) and personalityless (as Daario Naharis).

2023-09-01 14:41:59 +0000 UTCBtw at the start of the episode the valyrian steel sword you see that was melted is Ned's sword. He used it to behead the night's watch deserter in episode 1 and he was beheaded by it when he met his end by Ilyn Payne.
