Public Progress Report (Part One.3)

Hello to all supporters and fans of Leaving DNA. I don't have an estimated date of release for Part Two yet--it's still several weeks away at least, but there is a lot of content finished so far. Soon we'll be passing the two-hour mark for how much playable content there is. Although it's been a long wait, when it does get released, no one is going to complain about it being a short update.

Since Part One was released, I've made a number of fixes to already released content, the biggest of which was the remodel and rerendering of the blonde LI. I've also already told you guys about adding a bonus menu and a lewd replay gallery, as well as adding stronger hints for the clue questions. I've also spotted a number of rendering mistakes or other little errors that needed to be fixed.

Recently I did a Ren'py build incorporating all of these changes to Part One, and I engaged two very good play-testers/editors to comb through the new build. I was amazed at the quality of their work and they spotted a lot of mistakes/weaknesses that had made it through dozens of playthroughs by me. I'm very happy that both will be returning to work on Part Two when it's released.

I've updated my PC and Mac download links to Part One.3. There is no new content, and no real reason for you to download it, but at least any new players for the next couple of months will get the best, current version of Leaving DNA.

(I haven't done a new Android build as I have to pay a modder separately for that. But all of these changes will be reflected in the Android build for Part Two.)
