Developer's Journal 2:23

Hey everybody!  I just got done with a playthrough of the content I have for Part Two so far.  It's hard to time it precisely because I read with the Dev's speed rather than the player's speed, but I would say for a relatively fast reader at this time there is between 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes of content that has already been rendered.  I've finished postwork on 1,324 still renders.  By comparison, the entire Part One contained 1,700 still renders and had roughly two hours of content.

I've included some notes above to try to give you an idea of how much work is left on Part Two.  As you can see, I've divided Part Two into long scenes, medium scenes, and short scenes in terms of the number of still renders in each scene.  A line through the scene name indicates that still renders for the scene are just about finished.  The number in parentheses indicates how many still renders are completed for that scene.

For the remaining long scenes, scene eight is the museum scene with Jamie which I haven't started yet, and scene thirteen includes both the gym scene which you guys have already seen previews of and the bar scene with blonde LI which you've also scene previews for.

There are seven sets left for me to build.  My best estimate is that I have maybe 500 to 600 still renders left.  And there are three lewd scenes which will need animations.

I've been in contact with a handful of 3D animators and I'm optimistic about hiring someone good to handle the lewd scenes.  This week I will work on creating the still renders for the bonus scene with Erin.  Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be able to get enough of it to an animator to get a test animation started.

It's been five months since I released Part One.  Two to three more months is the best estimate I can give right now for Part Two.

I am REALLY EXCITED about this release.  I think players who liked Part One are going to be pulled much deeper emotionally into the story.  It's a long wait, I know, but I'm very happy with how it's turning out.

Thank you for your patience and your support!

You just made the wait much harder. Hearing that the next part will pull us much deeper emotionally makes me very excited because emotions are why I am into such stories in the first place. Anyway, thanks for the update.
