Added 2020-05-29 14:21:39 +0000 UTCBeen seeing posts from patrons as well as email notifications from Patreon about this new "sales tax" so I figured I'd make my own short comment: As long as Patreon isn't directly involving us in any bizarre legally-financial bullshit, such as making us sign any more silly documents, I don't care how they have to deal with attention seeking governments and funnel money to them so society doesn't cry... same story as that VAT thing whatever it was about, I don't actually really care about the details with it either. That being said, I imagine a new sum will probably be deducted from creators and / or their supporters, which sucks but there isn't much we can do there and I'm just grateful for the income I still have.
