KDE - Aurorae Freeze theme update

Although this is a tiny thing, I released an update to my Freeze theme for KDE / KWin / Aurorae because I still felt it didn't look modern and on-par-with-Windows-10 enough. If any other Linux users with the desktop like it, you can install or update it from Pling, the recommended way is from the System Settings - Appearance menus.
This update mainly fixes the lack of inactive effects: Buttons and titlebar text will now be black when a window isn't selected, the white color is only used for the active window. I also fixed the border size which was too large to fit the simplistic / slim design of the day.
A little screenshot of how this looks. If you want the same feel, use it with the Papirus icon theme, keep the Breeze style for everything else. Remember the theme is color scheme compatible, among the only KWin / Plasma based themes that implement full colorization with support for Windows Aero style transparency. I'm hoping such content may further encourage people to dump Win 10 and use Linux which can be better in every way.
