Patreon Updates
Added 2022-09-27 09:15:57 +0000 UTCHi folks! So, Patreon keeps yelling at me about changes to charges that they're making - where instead of being charged on the 1st of every month, Patrons will instead be charged monthly on the date they joined (ie, if you join my Patreon on the 26th, you'll be charged monthly on the 26th for as long as you are a Patron).
This basically means those of you who join toward the end of the month aren't charged for a new month on the 1st! I don't really see any negatives to that, and I think it's fairer for Patrons to be charged that way, but I wanted to get your thoughts first before I go ahead and make the switch.

Honestly, I was thinking this through and I rely on Patreon funds coming in the same day each month for organising bill payments and things. Sporadically throughout the month will certainly make things a little trickier for me in that regard. Thanks for your feedback, Dani!

2022-09-29 10:29:54 +0000 UTCPersonally, I prefer the first of the month, because then I don't have to worry about looming charges later in the month when I'm getting necessities like hygiene stuff and allergy meds.
