A discussion and a Poll

Finally got some paid time off. Bit of a relief, really. I can catch up on things, like the house. Mrs. Otterly has been unbelievably patient with me, but I can give some time back now.
I owe all of you a chapter of Under Pressure this Friday. As WIP Patrons can likely tell you, that one has been a struggle. Finally got the setup about 90% done, but I’m only around 2,000 words out of the 4,000 I want to put out. It will be down to the wire, so let’s see how it goes. Regardless, worst case is it will be a bit shorter than my usual fare. Not by much. The hard part is ignoring the brain weasels insisting I write chapter 51 of In The Mirror. Those aren’t helping.
Anyway, the poll. June has five Fridays in it, and unlike the rest of the world I like giving you all Stuff on those days. Just need to decide what that will be, since I do not have any one-shots in the queue. I could update one of the stories that I have some backlog. I could doodle out a one-shot in one of my settings. Maybe something else? Dunno. Looking for some ideas here. Let’s hear what you all have to say!
