Public Release: DW a100 DM a44
Added 2025-01-31 22:27:52 +0000 UTCI kinda wanted to call it "aFinal", but considering how things have been lately I thought that might be anxiety-inducing. But yes, I said long ago that when I hit alpha 100, I would finally declare Devious World to be in beta release. It would have been nice, for a bit of symbolism, to end 2024 with a100 and begin 2025 with b1, but it was not to be.
I went around a lot over the last month about what to say about recent events and eventually decided I don't want to say much. I said a little in the notes of a recent chapter of Kai's Story, and that's about as much as I want to get into it. The two things I will say is, that I appreciate everyone's understanding, and that if anyone feels like doing something material I encourage them to donate to the Immune Deficiency Foundation; they're the preferred charity of IronMouse, and she was one of my friend's favorite people in the world. He admired her talent, her bravery, and all she tried to do for others immensely.
Anyway! Moving on, as we all eventually must:
Devious World (F)
Main: Cyan has a new game available on her VR rig.
Main: Cyan can refuse the Goblin King's offer for Violet.
Main: Cass can go to the big box store to get snacks.
Main: Cass can also check out the new kids books or light novels at the library.
Devious Jamie
Main: Jamie can tell Kalli that loyalty is the most important part of a relationship.
Main: Jamie can now check out the game store on his VR rig.
Main: Jamie can use the leveling assistance bracelet to unlock his incubus or worldwalker bloodline.
Devious Eric
Main: Eric can now go see Akane or Shampoo when using the Tattoo of Allure.
Devious Mundanity
Main: Addi has a new option when visiting her manager.
Since tomorrow is February, and as those who have been around for a while may know I usually travel to see friends every year during the second half of February for my birthday, I'll let you know about the schedule for releases just as soon as I know what my plans are myself.
